Shipping FAQ

1. How long does it take for delivery?
Our regular delivery service typically spans 7 business days. Please be aware that delivery times may be subject to potential delays depending on the carrier company's circumstances. For those seeking quicker delivery, we provide an Expedited option, which can have your items delivered in approximately 2 to 3 days.

2. How can I change the shipping address?
To update your shipping address, kindly send us an email containing the new shipping details. Please note that address changes can be accommodated only if requested before 09:00 (Korean Time) on the day of your order placement.

3. It says the product is being delivered, but I can't see the tracking code
Once the shipment has been dispatched to the carrier, there is a waiting period before the tracking numbers become accessible.

4. How can I track my shipment?
You can monitor the shipment's progress by visiting the carrier company's website. The tracking code will be emailed to you as soon as the delivery process commences.

5. Can I order during weekend?
Our office, situated in South Korea, operates on weekdays and is closed during the weekends. Consequently, orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched for delivery on Monday, according to Korean time.

1. An error occurred during payment
Feel free to leave us a note or send an email, and we'll promptly resolve the issue for you.

2. What happens when the name of account holder and order name is different
The verification of your payment and its matching order may require some time. To expedite this process, please leave a note with the account holder's name during payment.

3. What types of payment methods are available?
You have the option to make payments through PayPal, in addition to the standard payment methods which include Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, American Express, and more.

4. Can I request and make payment through a phone call?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept order requests and payments over the phone.
